The ‘Derevianyi Dim’ LLC (Ukraine) company has a license from the European Pallet Association (EPAL) for the production of euro-pallets of the standard EPAL EURO (EPAL 1). Our Euro-pallets accurately meet the standard and provide quality and reliability in operation.
Profiled glued timber
The company ‘Derevianyi Dim’ LLC (Ukraine) offers profiled glued timber of its own production, as well as designing and manufacturing houses made of profiled glued timber. Glued beam is a high-tech building material that does not crack, does not twist, gives minimal shrinkage, provides perfect insulation and optimal microclimate.

The company ‘Derevianyi Dim’ LLC (Ukraine) is a certified manufacturer of EPAL europallets. We have a license from the European Pallet Association and successfully export our EPAL euro Pallets to the countries of the European Union.

STANDARD PALLETS 2ND GRADE
The production and construction of 2nd grade pallets is similar to EPAL europallets, the difference is the use of 2nd grade wood and in the absence of the EPAL stamp.
The multi-level system of quality control of the working cycle, automated lines and filtered selection of sawn timber guarantee durability of the structure, long service life.
This is the best solution “price-quality”, as the customer gets high-quality pallets at the best price.
Characteristics of standard 2-class pallets:
The dimensions of the pallet are 1200 x 800 x 144 mm
Material: lumber of coniferous and hardwood 2 grades, minor contamination and natural darkening of wood are allowed.
The pallets consist of 11 boards and 9 blocks. The structure is secured by licensed screw nails, chamfered faces and cut corners.
LIGHTWEIGHT PALLETS
Lightweight pallets differ from standard EPAL europallets with thinner boards and blocks. Applied when lower carrying capacity and cost saving are required.
Characteristics of light pallets:
Possible dimensions: 1200×1200 mm, 1200×1000 mm, 1200h800 mm, 1000×1000 mm, 1000×800 mm and others.
Safe working load – up to 1500 kg.
Material: lumber of coniferous and hardwood 1-2 class varieties.
The upper deck of the pallet can number 5-7 boards.
The structure is fastened with construction nails.
The pallets are marked with a phyto-sanitary stamp.
NON-STANDARD PALLETS
